Before we dedicated all of our free time to making 6 Barrels of delicious beer on the weekends, we used to dedicate all of our free time making only 10 gallons of delicious beer on the weekends.
Shown above is our automated pilot brewery where we honed our brewing skills and tested our now commercial recipes. Sadly, the system had to be dismantled, but a portion remains in the new brewery as a sign of the past and the spirit of the garage brewery still lives on, but in a bigger garage with more expensive equipment.
