SO Truck at EBC
Chef Tayo is a California native who grew up in Fresno. His first kitchen job was for an established restaurant where he would buy all the produce from the farmers market and drive it up to the restaurant, twice a week. Then moving to Chicago, Tayo spent the last decade learning and working his way up the restaurant food chain. Today, he is back in his home state driving SO Truck, shopping at the farmers markets, and preparing the food he loves. SO Truck is Tayo's interpretation of a gourmet food truck with a little flare.
